Features
• Simultaneously perform reverse transcription and genomic DNA removal within the same reaction system. The operation is simple and reduces the risk of contamination.
• For qPCR applications: reverse transcription time is 15 minutes; for PCR applications: reverse transcription time is 30 minutes.
• After the reaction, thermally inactivate both the Reverse Transcriptase/RI and gDNA Remover at the same time.
• Can synthesize cDNA fragments up to 12 kb in length.

RT-PCR was performed with 100 ng of human total RNA (1), 100 ng of human total RNA and 200 ng gDNA (2), 200 ng gDNA (3), using reagents from TransGen, Company A and Company B.
