Extract RNA from Hela, 293T, HEK293, A549, Jurkat, CHO, and hybridoma cells by using products from TransGen and Company S respectively. NanoDrop detects RNA concentration, and gel electrophoresis detects RNA quality. The results show that the TransGen product extracts RNA with high concentration and good results.

No inhibition of downstream qPCR reactions
Extract RNA from Hela, 293T and hybridoma cells by using products from TransGen and Company S, respectively. 200 ng of RNA was used as a template for reverse transcription and qPCR detection. The results showed that the RNA extracted by TransGen products did not inhibit the downstream qPCR reaction.
