The TransLvTM AAV qPCR Titration Kit provides a method for detecting adeno-associated virus (AAV) titers using quantitative PCR (qPCR). This product is based on the fluorescent probe quantitative PCR principle and detects the ITR sequence derived from AAV2. This kit enables the detection of AAV particles of any serotype, provided that the ITR region within their viral genome is derived from AAV2. This method is simple, fast, sensitive, and efficient. The viral copy number can be obtained through a standard curve, and the AAV titer can be determined by calculation. Additionally, this product incorporates a dUTP and UDG system to eliminate carry-over contamination caused by PCR products.
