The Vacuum Manifold is an auxiliary device for large-scale plasmid extraction. By utilizing vacuum filtration technology, it eliminates the need for multiple centrifugation steps, as well as the tedious operations of discarding waste liquid and opening/closing tube caps during plasmid extraction. This vacuum manifold is made of robust, chemically resistant materials and is compatible with the TransGen specialized large-scale plasmid extraction spin columns. It can process up to 6 samples at once, or can be connected in parallel to enable simultaneous extraction of more samples. The device is convenient and easy to use, made of stable materials, and simple to maintain.
