The T7 High Efficiency Transcription Kit (N1-me-Pseudo UTP) is optimized for in vitro transcription reactions. Utilizing T7 RNA polymerase and the modified nucleotide (N1-me-Pseudo UTP), it efficiently transcribes DNA sequences downstream of a T7 promoter using supercoiled plasmid DNA or linear DNA containing the T7 promoter as the template. This kit enables high-yield production of N1-me-Pseudo UTP-modified RNA, which helps reduce immune responses in host cells.
This kit is suitable for large-scale synthesis of RNA ranging from 100 to 6,000 nucleotides in length. Each 20 µL reaction typically yields 120–180 µg of RNA. The reaction scale can also be increased to obtain milligram quantities of RNA. The synthesized RNA can be used in a variety of applications, including: In vitro translation, RNase protection assays, RNA splicing assay, hybridization probe labeling, etc.
