This kit uses a unique lysis system to rapidly lyse samples such as blood, animal cells, and animal tissues. Genomic DNA is specifically adsorbed using silica-based magnetic beads. The extraction process does not require toxic reagents such as phenol or chloroform, nor does it require time-consuming alcohol precipitation steps, effectively removing RNA, impurity proteins, and other organic compounds. The extracted genomic DNA is suitable for downstream applications such as enzyme digestion, PCR, library construction, and Southern blotting. This kit is compatible with 32-channel automated nucleic acid extractor adopting magnetic rod technology.
