Using Taqman probe technology, specific primers and probes were designed based on the specific conservative genes of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus North America Classical Type (PRRSV-C) and Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus Mutant Type (PRRSV-M) as the target sequences for the auxiliary detection of PRRSV-C and PRRSV-M nucleic acid in samples. This product introduces a dUTP/UDG mix that degrades U-containing ssDNA and dsDNA, eliminating cross-contamination caused by PCR products. At the same time, a positive internal control (an internal standard, using a VIC reporter group) is set to monitor whether the qPCR reaction contains PCR inhibitors by detecting whether the internal standard is normal to avoid false-negative results.
Notes: The Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus highly pathogenic variants in this kit has a feature that non-structural protein NSP2 encoding area is missing 30 amino acids. NANC 30 variant, its NSP2 protein 324-434, 486, 505-523 sites, have 111, 1, and 19 missing amino acids, which are "111+1+19" amino acid missing mode.
There is no NSP2 gene missing in North American classic strains, and VR2332 variants used as standard variants.
